Great stay, i'd recommand!
Excellent quality/price ratio. Beds were great. Staff was extremely friendly en spoke English well - and even some French for us. Location was solid, in a walkable distance of Asakusa, Ueno Park and Akihabara. Metro station 3 min away and JR station not that far (less than 10 min). Good but limited choice of restaurants close by.
Rooms were small. Nothing unexpected, it was clearly shown as such in the pictures, and it seems usual in Tokyo, but it was.

Nice hotel in Ueno
The ICI Hotel Ueno is very well located, they offer luggage storage service, and the staff was friendly.
The bed was quite big and comfy but the room was a bit tiny
